If the Solo has an option to use an external power supply that is another option. A self powered USB hub (one that has its own power supply) sometimes helps with the bus powered devices. The Scarlett Solo, if I remember correctly, gets its power from the USB.
Run Latency Mon again and see what it shows. (1) disable the internet (Wi-Fi?) and (2) if your system has an NVIDIA video disable that and only use the CPU video.
I have run Latency Mon for over 2 hours and still OK.Ī couple of things to try with the existing setup.

I had a spare SSD so I installed that and made a dual boot system with Win 10, the regular Dell factory image and the second system for recording with only Windows 10, needed device drivers and my recording program (Cakewalk/Sonar) and the driver for the MOTU.
